Do I need to provide my own cleaning supplies?
We provide our own cleaning supplies; however, if the client prefers us to use their products, we are happy to accommodate their needs and requests.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Clients are not required to be home if they prefer not to be; many of our clients provide us with a key or access code while they are at work or away.
What should I do to prepare for the cleaning service?
So we can dedicate more time to cleaning, we ask the client to please tidy up as much as they can.
What if I have pets? Do they need to be crated?
If the client has pets present during our cleaning service, the pet can either be crated or kept outside if they are aggressive. However, if the pet is friendly, we have no problem with the pet being present. We love animals and have pets of our own!
What if I'm unhappy with the cleaning service?
If the client is unhappy with our cleaning service, please contact us so we can try to make things right.
For cleaning service cancellation:
Commercial clients, we have a 30-day-notice cancellation policy.
Residential clients can provide a one-week notice.
Do you require a deposit? How do you invoice/bill?
For commercial clients: payment is due by the end of the month. An invoice will be provided in advance.
For residential clients: payment is required on the same day as the service.
We accept payments through Zelle, Venmo, checks, and Apple Pay.
